Terms of Service — Fat Boys Cards
1. Overview

By accessing or purchasing from Fat Boys Cards, you agree to these Terms of Service. These terms ensure fair dealings between us and our customers and are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

2. Products & Descriptions

We take care to list items accurately, including product details, condition, and pricing. Images are for reference only and may vary slightly from the actual product. All prices are in AUD and include GST where applicable.

If a clear mistake or anomaly occurs in a product’s description or price — where it would be reasonable to assume an error has been made — we reserve the right to cancel the order or, where possible, work proactively and reasonably with the customer to clarify and correct the information or pricing before proceeding.

We aim to keep all information current, but availability and details may change without notice. Any significant changes will always be communicated before fulfilment.

3. Orders & Payment

Your order is confirmed once payment has been successfully processed. We use secure payment gateways and do not store full card details.

We reserve the right to cancel or refund an order if:

Payment fails or appears fraudulent,

Stock becomes unavailable,

There is a clear listing or pricing error, or

The order breaches any applicable laws or import restrictions.

If we must cancel an order, you’ll be notified immediately and refunded in full.

4. Pre-Orders

Pre-order products are offered in good faith based on supplier information. Release dates and allocations may change or be delayed due to manufacturer or distributor factors beyond our control.

If a pre-order cannot be fulfilled, you will be offered a full refund or store credit. If the release is delayed, we’ll communicate any changes promptly.

5. Shipping & Risk

All orders are shipped from New South Wales, Australia, using trusted courier partners with tracking. Ownership and risk pass to the customer once the parcel is marked as delivered by the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds

We comply with the Australian Consumer Law, which guarantees your rights if a product is faulty, damaged, or misdescribed.
If the issue clearly results from our error, we’ll work quickly to replace, refund, or resolve it to your satisfaction.
