We want you to be happy with every order. We inspect, pack, and ship all items with care — but if something goes wrong, we’ll make it right.

Faulty, Incorrect, or Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or not as described, contact us within 7 days of receiving it at [insert email address].
Please include your order number and clear photos of the issue. Once we confirm the fault is on our end, we’ll replace the item, offer a store credit, or refund you — whichever is most reasonable for the situation.

Change of Mind
As our products include trading cards, sealed boxes, and collectible items, we can’t offer returns or refunds for change of mind or mistaken orders once they’ve been opened or handled.

Pre-Orders
Pre-order cancellations are only accepted if we’re unable to fulfil your order. Release dates are set by suppliers and may change — we’ll keep you informed if that happens.

Return Process
If your return is approved, we’ll provide you with instructions and a return shipping label (if the issue was caused by us). Where the product is not faulty or the return isn’t due to our error, return postage costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
