4. Shipping Policy — Fat Boys Cards

We ship fast, pack carefully, and aim to get your order to you in perfect condition.

Processing Time
Orders are packed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Pre-orders ship once the product is officially released and in stock.

Domestic Shipping (Australia)

• Standard delivery: 2–7 business days depending on your location

• Tracking details are provided once dispatched

New Zealand Shipping

• Estimated 7–14 business days

• Customs charges or import taxes may apply and are the buyer’s responsibility

Future International Shipping
We plan to ship worldwide soon — global rates and timelines will be added once available.

Lost or Damaged Parcels
All shipments include tracking. If a parcel is lost or arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days. We’ll investigate with the courier and, if it’s clear the fault lies with us or our shipping partners, we’ll provide a replacement or refund.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your delivery details. If an incorrect address is provided and the parcel is returned to us, re-delivery charges may apply.
